Return & Exchange Policy

At Or°Line, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for intimate apparel. To ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining hygiene and product quality, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Check Your Order Before Payment

When your order is delivered, you may open and check the products in front of the courier before completing payment.

Please check the item, size, style, color, and overall condition before accepting the order.

If you are satisfied with your order: You may accept the delivery and pay the full amount due.

If you decide not to accept the order: You may refuse the delivery and return the package to the courier at the time of delivery. A basic delivery fee will apply for the returned shipment.

Once the order has been accepted and payment has been completed, the order is considered confirmed.

2. Size Exchange After Delivery

If you accept your order and later find that the size is not suitable, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Our customer service team will assist you with the available exchange options and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note:

Size exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Delivery and shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Products must remain in suitable original condition for exchange and must comply with our hygiene requirements.
