Refund policy

We want to make sure the return process is as smooth as possible for our clients. We offer  returns on all purchases made on www.orLineshop.com.
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in compliance with the return conditions.

Returns will no longer be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
The items must be sent back from the Country where the order was delivered. Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags still attached.
Online purchases cannot be returned in Stores and vice versa.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns that do not comply with the above conditions are not accepted and will be sent back to the Client.

The following items will NOT be accepted in return:
Items that have been damaged, worn, altered, washed, or allegedly used according to the judgment of our quality control department.
Briefs, bodysuits, lingerie and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct contact with the skin.
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like the item ordered in a different size or an alternative item please return your original order and place a new one on our websites or get in touch with our customer care team.
